DigiStamp Boutique April Offer of the Month
Please scroll down since this is my second post of the day. I haven't posted in forever and then two posts in one day. . . Crazy, I know. I am hoping to get back to regular postings! Ok, now for some new images from DSB.

Meet Marty and Matilda. Aren't they adorable! They are the Offer of the Month over at DigiStamp Boutique. There are 5 images included in the collection. Here's a card I made using the Ballet Matilda image from the collection. I created the saying on my computer.
The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. The papers are from the K & Company Carolyn Gavin Greenhouse pack. I just love the colors in this paper collection.
Thanks for stopping. Happy Stamping!

Fifi from DigiStamp Boutique
Ok, I hope you liked the K&Company Carolyn Gavin Greenhouse papers from yesterday because I have another card for you today using that paper. Despite our yard full of snow I am thinking about spring and this paper just makes me smile so I used it again today. I paired it up with one of the March releases from DigiStamp Boutique Fifi Princess. She's available by herself or in a set of 3 Fifi images. You can find more samples of her from my fellow design team members and also on the DigiStamp Blog.
I'll be spending the weekend with a fabulous group of girlfriends on the shores of Lake Superior! We have rented a 3 bedroom cottage and are leaving the husbands and the kids at home. I'm sure I won't do too well on the whole eating healthy thing this weekend but the amount of laughter during the weekend should prove to be a good ab workout. :) I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Thanks so much for stopping. Happy Stamping!

I paired them up with some My Mind's Eye Home papers and some fun yellow gingham ribbon. I also pulled out my white gel pen to add some dots to the scalloped border of SU Almost Amethyst.

Offer of the Month from DigiStamp Boutique
Today I have a couple of cards using the Spring Coco image from DigiStamp Boutique. This cute little bear image is available individually or as part of the Offer of the Month. I printed him out in a couple of different sizes which is one of the things I love about digital stamps!
For the first card I kept is very simple. I printed the image pretty large and colored it with Copics then used a couple of papers from the DCWV Songbird collection to create my layout. I like the simplicity of the layout with the fun glittery background paper.
The second card uses a smaller version of the same image also colored with Copics. For this card I pulled out some LilyKate paper from BasicGrey. I also added some ribbons and a strip of pearls from Kaiser Craft.
I hope you're having a wonderful week. Thanks so much for stopping by. Happy Stamping!

Spring Candy Announcement
Are you ready for spring? I know I am. We awoke to a fresh dusting of snow this morning which looked beautiful on the trees when the sun was shining but I am ready for the snow to melt and spring to come. In the spirit of spring, Sally-Ann has some *Spring candy* available on the DigiStamp Boutique blog here. Up for grabs is the March Offer of the Month which includes 5 digi images, and some patterned papers and scalloped cards. Hurry 'cause you only have until March 1st to enter. Also happening on Monday is the release of a new Offer of the Month which includes the adorable little bunny image on the left.
In the meantime I will share a couple of cards using older DigiStamp Boutique images. The first card uses the Becky and Suki image available here. I colored them with Copics.

Hybrid Valentines
I noticed yesterday that I hadn't shared a couple of valentines I made using digital images from DigiStamp Boutique and digital papers from the Valentine Game night collection by Lettering Delights so I thought I would share them today. I love the bingo cards that come in the Valentine Game night collection so I had to work them into the cards.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you are having a great week. I'm looking forward to the weekend! No big plans but hopefully some time for crafting and a nice dinner out with my hubby.
Both cards use the same layout. For the top card I used the Valentine Bernard image and added a couple of buttons to the top right side of the card. I also used a darker mat on the base and under the scalloped heart.
The bottom card uses the Valentine George image. Both cards use the Spellbinders Nestabilities Heart plain and scalloped and the digital papers from Lettering Delights mentioned above. The images were colored with Copics. Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you are having a great week. I'm looking forward to the weekend! No big plans but hopefully some time for crafting and a nice dinner out with my hubby.

Love Owls
Have you ever tried digital stamps? There is an amazing supply of digital images available out there and my favorite place for digital images is DigiStamp Boutique. Check out these adorable Love Owls that were recently released. I printed them on Neenah white, colored them with Copics then added some flocking to the hearts on their tummies and her flower. I cut them out using my Coluzzle knife. For cutting out images I like to use my Coluzzle knife because the little blade swivels and with a little practice I find that much easier to manipulate then a craft knife with a stationary blade. What do you use to cut out your images?
Supplies:
- Digital Stamps - DigiStamp Boutique Love Owls
- Paper - Bazzill Kraft, Neenah White, Stampin Up Blush Blossom, K&Company Lovely
- Ink - Distress Ink Vintage Photo
- Misc - Copics, Flocking, Stampin Up Scallop border punch and circle punch, Cuttlebug Swiss dots embossing folder, Nestabilities Heart

'Lil Poppets from DigiStamp Boutique
Love the 'Lil Poppets characters from DigiStamp Boutique. They were designed after the children of fellow Design Team member Poppet (Paula Morfitt). I decided to use the "T.J - take that" image for today's card. The greeting was created on my computer.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you're having a wonderful week!

Ruby Fairy makes a wish
For today's post I have a card using the Ruby Fairy image from DigiStamp Boutique. I colored her with Copics and then covered her wings, wand and crown in glitter. The wish sentiment was cut out using my Cuttlebug Olivia alphabet set. After I added the letters to the card I decided they needed some glitter too so I colored them with a glue pen and applied a coating of glitter.
You can see another posting using the Ruby Fairy image here or in the DigiStamp Boutique gallery. Thanks so much for stopping. I hope you're having a wonderful day! Happy Stamping!

"Bernadette" Owl
I decided to color Bernard from DigiStamp Boutique as a "Bernadette". What do you think?
The image is colored with Copics and all of the designer papers are from the BasicGrey Two Scoops collection. I wanted to tone down the large pink layer a bit so I sewed a smaller layer of vellum on top of it. The blue/green print was sewn on with a zig zag stitch and the pink swirled dp had the edges distressed before it was added to the card.
Thanks so much for stopping. I hope you had a great work week and are able to do something fun this weekend. Happy Stamping!

Cosmo Cricket and DigiStamp Boutique
So with the lack of power in my studio I haven't done much stamping lately but I was able to put this card together. I love the Early Bird paper collection from Cosmo Cricket so I brought a stack of those papers, the sampler collection pack from Papertrey Ink and a package of Kraft cardstock upstairs and put together some card bases. This morning I colored the adorable Polly with Flower from DigiStamp Boutique using copics, cut her out and added her to the card. I'm lovin' the results.
The electrician will be stopping again today. He's going to give us a quote for upgrading from fuses to circuit breakers and replacing the meter box and meter. Let's hope it's afforable and he can do it right away! Thanks for stopping. I hope you're having a wonderful day!
Supplies:

That Tickles Me Challenge
The challenge today on 365cards.blogspot.com was to create a humorous card. I was having so much fun that I created two cards.
For my first card I used the Sweet tooth set from Clear and Simple Stamps and stamped the peppermint several times on white cardstock masking off the bottom part of the wrapper to make it look like a lollipop. I colored the images with SU Watercolor Wonder Crayons, cut them out and attached toothpicks to them. Before mounting them to the card with pop dots I coated them with a layer of Glossy Accents and dipped them into Diamond Dust.
For the second card I used one of the new Bernard images from DigiStamp Boutique. When I saw this image I knew I had to make a card using the phrase "Do I hear cake?" because I remember a birthday card I received when I was young that had a drawing of Snoopy laying on his dog house with one ear up and those words and I thought this image would be a nice substitute.
I hope my cards put a smile on your face. Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you're having a wonderful week.
